SASSA Takes Expert Services to Fernie Community

The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently checking out the Fernie two Neighborhood Hall in Mpuluzi to render companies for the community.

SASSA are going to be rendering providers including new social grant applications, change of payment method, customer treatment enquiries, and also the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.

In an announcement, the agency claimed it is alarmed in regards to the superior variety of people relying on social grants for survival.
“The purpose in the Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out to some superior number of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.

“This is often due status sassa to lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there's no thoroughly functional office dedicated to service the area regularly. The company issue made for intervention experiences a superior influx of probable beneficiaries, which makes it challenging with the Workplace website to attend to all people who pay a visit to a service point.
